Urgently Hiring for Peptide Synthesis & Purification roles for API-R&D Vacancies for Analytical Research Division Micro Labs Limited. #Experience: 6+ Years #Qualification: M.Sc.M.Sc. / M. Pharm. / Ph.D. (Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry & relevant Subject) #Positions: Sr. Executive / Manager / Sr. Manager #Job Description: •Proficient in operating and maintaining peptide synthesizers, lyophilizers, and centrifuges to support peptide synthesis and purification. •Rich experience on purification of peptides (mg–Kg scale) using preparative HPLC with DAC columns. •Design, develop and optimize purification methods to achieve high purity and yield of complex peptides. Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges in purification workflows. •Strong knowledge of analytical techniques including HPLC, LC-MS, and UV/Vis spectroscopy etc. •Familiarity with software for instrument control and data analysis (e.g., Empower, Lab solution, Purity chrome and easy chrome software for purification systems). • Contribute to the continues improvement of purification processes and introduce new technologies and methodologies to enhance efficiency and productivity. •Maintain detailed and accurate records of experimental procedures, results and findings in a lab notebook and technical reports. •Adhere to all Safety Protocols, regulatory guidelines (e.g. GLP, GMP) and standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). #Company: Micro Labs Limited API-R&D Centre #Location: Jigani, Bangalore.
