We’re Hiring | Genome Variant Analyst Location: Navi Mumbai Experience: 3–4 Years Education: MSc / MTech / PhD in Genetics, Molecular Biology, Molecular Genetics & Genomics, Bioinformatics, or related fields. About HaystackAnalytics HaystackAnalytics is a HealthTech company developing clinical genomics solutions that enable diagnostic laboratories and hospitals to provide accurate and personalized diagnostics. Our NGS-based solutions span infectious disease genomics and precision medicine. Key Responsibilities: – Perform NGS-based genomic data analysis and variant interpretation, including SNVs, Indels, CNVs, structural variants and mitochondrial variants. – Conduct Mitochondrial Genome (Mito) Analysis and NIPT Analysis. – Interpret and classify genetic variants using ACMG/AMP guidelines. – Work with genomic databases such as ClinVar, gnomAD, HGMD, Ensembl and OMIM. – Review and validate variant interpretations and ensure clinical accuracy. – Collaborate with bioinformatics, clinical genetics and laboratory teams. – Contribute to SOP development, quality management and improvement of genomic analysis workflows. Desired Skills & Expertise: – 3–4 years of hands-on experience in NGS data analysis and clinical variant interpretation. – Practical experience in Mito Analysis and NIPT Analysis. – Strong understanding of molecular genetics and variant classification. – Familiarity with genomic annotation tools, databases and genome browsers. – Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. 📩 Interested candidates can share their updated resumes on careers@haystackanalytics.in
