Ltd. is looking for an experienced and visionary leader to join our team at our Head Office in Koparkhairane, Navi Mumbai. 📌 Position: GM / AVP / VP – Product Development 📍 Location: Koparkhairane, Navi Mumbai 🎓 Qualification: Ph.D. in Agrochemicals / Chemistry / Biotechnology 💼 Experience: 10+ years in the Agriculture Industry 🔬 Industry Background: Manufacturing of biological products, including biocontrols, biostimulants, biofertilizers, and related agricultural inputs. Key Responsibilities: Lead formulation technology and develop innovative agricultural delivery systems. Drive commercialization of biocontrols, organic fungicides, biostimulants, micronutrients, seed coatings, and fertilizer coatings for domestic and export markets. Develop and manage the R&D pipeline, including mycorrhiza products. Establish and strengthen R&D infrastructure, laboratories, pilot facilities, and scale-up processes. Drive technology transfer, product improvement, and commercialization. Collaborate with Regulatory, Manufacturing, Application Research, and Sales teams.
