Job Description
We are seeking a candidate for immediate joining as a Research Assistant with a Master’s degree in Bioinformatics/Biotechnology to develop simple Python-based web applications and undertake human Whole Exome Sequencing (WES) data analysis. Candidates should have proficiency in Python programming, FastAPI, working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript, along with knowledge of Linux, bioinformatics pipelines, variant annotation, filtering and interpretation based on ACMG guidelines.
