I’m currently recruiting 3 Key Account Partners (Oncology) to join our team at AstraZeneca — each responsible for a different region in Portugal: North, Centre, and South.

This is a unique opportunity to join a high-performing Oncology Business Unit, driving meaningful partnerships that improve patients’ lives.

About the opportunity:
As a Key Account Partner, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams — Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Marketing — to shape local access strategies and build partnerships that expand the reach of our innovative Oncology portfolio.

What we’re looking for:
✔️ Proven experience in oncology commercial roles or pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or similar industries or businesses (experience in lung cancer will be highly valued)
✔️ Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills
✔️ Strategic mindset and passion for collaboration
✔️ Motivation to work in a fast-paced, science-led environment
