We’re Hiring | Head – Bioanalytical Sciences & DMPK Location: Bengaluru, India Company: Bioneeds, A Veeda Lifesciences Company Are you an accomplished scientific leader with a passion for bioanalysis, drug metabolism, pharmacokinetics, and translational science? Bioneeds, a GLP-certified preclinical CRO and part of the Veeda Lifesciences Group, is seeking an experienced Head – Bioanalytical Sciences & DMPK to lead and expand our growing Bioanalytical and DMPK business. This strategic leadership role will oversee a team of 35+ scientists and analysts and drive scientific excellence, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, client engagement, and business growth. What You’ll Lead ✅ GLP-compliant bioanalytical services for small molecules and complex modalities ✅ Discovery and preclinical DMPK programs including in vitro and in vivo ADME studies ✅ Method development, validation, sample analysis, and regulatory inspection readiness ✅ Scientific strategy, technology expansion, team development, and client partnerships ✅ Cross-functional collaboration to deliver integrated drug development solutions Desired Profile Qualification: M.Sc., M.Pharm., or PhD in Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Bioanalytical Sciences, Clinical Pharmacology, or related disciplines. Experience: 16–20 years of industry experience in Bioanalytical and DMPK services within CRO, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or research organizations. Why Join Us?
