Nucyrna Therapeutics leverages blood-brain barrier (BBB) shuttle technologies to deliver novel oligonucleotide payloads to the brain.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced consultant to support our CRO-based research on brain-shuttle AOCs. You will support execution and interpretation of mouse PK and PD studies, advise on AOC design and in vivo study strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Design and review mouse PK/PD studies, including dosing, timepoints, and bioanalytical and PD assays
  • Provide scientific oversight of CRO activities, including protocol review, data QC, and troubleshooting
  • Advise on AOC design, including antibody or Fab format, conjugation strategy, and payload (siRNA or ASO)

Qualifications

Required:

  • Direct experience with AOCs, including testing in mice for PK and PD

Preferred:

  • Experience in antibody or Fab engineering
  • Experience managing CROs for in vivo studies
  • Familiarity with brain shuttles (for example, TfR-targeting) and CNS oligonucleotide delivery
  • Track record of publications or patents in related areas

Engagement

  • Remote, with occasional virtual meetings (on-site optional)
  • Compensation commensurate with experience
