Job Description

We are building a serious NCE discovery platform in Pune to create patentable, differentiated drug discovery assets from India.

We already have strong functional capabilities in medicinal chemistry, computational drug discovery and biology.

We are now looking for a senior on-site leader who can integrate these capabilities into a disciplined discovery engine. This is not a conventional R&D administration role. The CEO-NCE Drug Discovery will lead the platform from scientific hypothesis to asset creation. The person must be strong in science, but must also understand translational value, IP quality, licensing expectations, business development and what global pharma or NCE partners look for in an early-stage discovery asset. We are looking for someone with 20+ years in drug discovery who still has the passion, curiosity & hunger to build something meaningful.

This role is based in Pune.
