Job Description – Project Manager

Location: Bangalore
Position: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Oversee NGS and bioinformatics projects (e.g., RNA-seq, WGS, WES, miRNA-seq) from initiation to delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and budgets are met.
Coordinate with laboratory, bioinformatics, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Develop and track project plans, milestones, and deliverables.
Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions proactively.
Ensure client satisfaction by providing timely updates, reports, and deliverables.
Support proposal drafting, quotations, and project scoping in collaboration with business development teams.
Maintain accurate documentation, records, and project-related databases.
Contribute to process improvements for efficiency and quality.
Requirements
Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, or related fields; PhD is a plus.
3–6 years of project management experience in genomics, biotech, or life sciences.
Strong understanding of NGS workflows and bioinformatics pipelines.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
Excellent communication, organizational, and client engagement skills.
Experience with project management tools
Exposure to cutting-edge genomics and bioinformatics projects.
