HIRING – CLINICAL RESEARCH COORDINATOR (CRC)

Alchemy Clinical Research Services is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) to join our growing clinical research team in Nagpur.

🔹 Position: Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC)
🔹 Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra
🔹 Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site
🔹 Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year
🔹 Preferred Experience: Oncology, Endocrinology, or Cardiology Clinical Studies
🔹 Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)

Key Responsibilities:
• Subject screening, recruitment, and follow-up
• Informed consent process coordination
• Study documentation and source data management
• CRF/eCRF completion and query resolution
• Coordination with Investigators, Sponsors, CROs, and Ethics Committees
• Adverse Event and Serious Adverse Event reporting support
• Maintenance of Investigator Site File (ISF) and study records
• Ensuring compliance with ICH-GCP, protocol requirements, and regulatory guidelines

Eligibility:
• B.Pharm / M.Pharm / BSc / MSc Life Sciences / Nursing / Related Healthcare Qualification
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP and clinical trial processes
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
