Open Positions:

1. Research Associate / Senior Research Associate
📌 Experience: 2–5 years
🎓 Qualifications:
M.Sc. or Ph.D. (1–4 years of post-doctoral experience)
🏢 Department: R&D – Process
Role Overview:
i) Process development and optimization
ii) Supporting scale-up and technology transfer activities
iii) Strong exposure to laboratory research and data analysis

2. Scientific Manager / Senior Scientific Manager
📌 Experience: 8–12 years of relevant experience in process scale-up and route scouting
🎓 Qualifications:
M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry or
Ph.D. in Chemistry with 5–8 years of post-doctoral experience
Role Overview:
i) Leading process development and scale-up projects
ii) Route scouting and optimization for manufacturability
iii) Cross-functional collaboration and technical leadership
