Jones team at AstraZeneca as Director, R&D Logistics and Distribution Operations. In this role, you will lead end-to-end GMP and non-GMP warehousing, shipping, and receiving across our North American BioCentre and global import/export operations; ensure compliant, timebound movement of temperature-controlled shipments and raw materials; manage a hybrid team of approximately 18 supporting around 6,000 colleagues; oversee inventory, logistics, warehousing, pest control, and audit readiness; build and enforce SOPs; represent operations in audits and inspections; and drive continuous improvement by deploying advanced technology, data, and AI to optimize flow.
