If you excel at transforming training frameworks, driving employee capabilities, and creating impactful learning journeys within a highly sophisticated scientific and research environment, we want to hear from you. 📊 Role Overview • Designation: Executive – III / Executive – IV • Function: Human Resources – Learning & Development (L&D) • Location: Laurus Labs R&D Center, Hyderabad 🎯 Key Responsibilities & Expectations Capability Building: Partner closely with scientific teams and Department Heads (HODs) to identify skill gaps and execute tailored technical and behavioral training modules. Training Governance: Manage end-to-end training operations, ensuring absolute compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and pharmaceutical regulatory standards. EVP & eNPS Enrichment: Design interactive learning initiatives that elevate the employee experience, directly contributing to long-term workplace engagement. Digital Systems Handling: Maintain real-time tracking of training data, analytics, and operational metrics using internal HR portals. Good experience in writing Newsletters / Manage Content (course modules and etc.) Hands on experience on Excel, Conducting Assessments and Analysis 💼 Why Laurus Labs?
