We’re Hiring | Application Specialist 🚨

HaystackAnalytics is looking for an experienced Application Specialist to join our growing HealthTech team.

🔬 What You’ll Be Doing:
✔️ Managing and supporting infectious disease testing workflows across partner laboratories
✔️ Hands-on involvement in a mix of wet lab operations and technical application support
✔️ Troubleshooting technical and operational issues at partner centres
✔️ Training and mentoring junior staff and laboratory teams
✔️ Coordinating and communicating with clients and diagnostic partners regularly
✔️ Travelling to different cities across India to help set up, launch, and operationalize new centres
✔️ Creating and maintaining SOPs, documentation, and process workflows
✔️ Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and upgrades

🌍 Important Role Requirements:
✈️ Extensive Pan-India travel involved
🌙 Night shifts / rotational shifts are part of the role
📞 Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills are essential

🎓 Preferred Background:
• Master’s degree with strong relevant industry experience
OR
• PhD with relevant hands-on experience
💼 Experience Required:
✔️ 5+ years of relevant experience in molecular diagnostics, genomics, infectious diseases, or NGS-based workflows
