Hiring – CAR-T R&D | T-cell & Gene Therapy Experience | Microcrispr
Location: Vapi, Gujarat

We are particularly interested in candidates with:
– Hands-on experience working with primary T-cells or related immune cells
– Exposure to cell and gene therapy or immuno-oncology research environments
– Involvement in gene modification approaches or engineered cell systems
– Experience contributing to complex experimental workflows in a lab setting
– Familiarity with cell-based and immunological assays
– Ability to work in collaborative, cross-functional research teams
– Candidates who have been part of end-to-end or translational research workflows in this space will find this opportunity particularly relevant.

What the role involves:
– Contributing to CAR-T R&D programs across research and preclinical stages
– Supporting development and optimization of engineered cell therapies
– Working closely with Manufacturing, QA, and Clinical teams
– Maintaining strong scientific rigor, documentation, and data quality
