We are looking for a Computational Biologist / Bioinformatics Scientist (Junior/Senior) to join our Systems Biology team in Rovereto (Italy).

📍 Rovereto, Italy
📅 Start: May/June 2026
📄 Contract: Maternity leave replacement

You will work at the intersection of biology, data science, and translational research, contributing to projects on multi-omics data integration, therapeutic target identification, and drug repurposing.

🧪 What you will do
– Analyze and integrate multi-omics datasets
– Develop computational approaches for target identification
– Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and partners
– Contribute to research projects (and coordinate activities for senior profiles)
– Communicate results through publications and collaborations

🎓 Your profile
– Junior: hashtag#MSc in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Systems Biology or related
– Senior: hashtag#PhD in a relevant field
– Strong skills in Python/R, Git, and workflows (Snakemake/Nextflow)
– Experience with omics data analysis (bulk & single-cell RNA-seq)
Interest in systems biology, networks, or drug discovery
