Job Description

We are thinking about hiring an intern for a 3-month term.

Title: Data, Process, and Marketing Analytics Intern

Term: October through December 2025

Remuneration: Minimum wage to start, bonus consideration depending on project outcomes.

Location: Massachusetts preferred. New York, Texas, Nevada, Florida, Virginia, Illinois, Minnesota, Washington, or Oklahoma also possible. Can be in person or remote.

Project: Help us map our data points into reporting templates and marketing templates. Help with data cleanup. Develop deep understanding of immigration data and how it is used. Learn how to think about how data flows across an organization. Learn U.S. immigration processes.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. No prior work experience required, but curious mind and independent streak are essential. We will train on fundamental knowledge of immigration law and the data structures and logic flows, but you will take charge of the means and outcomes of your intern project.
