We are looking for an experienced leader to join our R&D team in Biopharma division.

📌Position: Deputy General Manager – Analytical Development Lab (Biosimilar)
🕒Experience: 14 to 18 Years with experience in Biopharma industry.
🎓Qualification: M. Tech / M. Sc. – Biotechnology.
📍Work Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

🎯Key Responsibilities:
·      Lead end‑to‑end analytical development for biosimilar programs, including method development, qualification, validation, technology transfer to QC, study design, data review, trending, documentation, and report preparation within the Analytical Development Laboratory.
·      Identify, assess, and implement new analytical technologies and automation tools to enhance efficiency, robustness, and throughput of analytical workflows.
·      Oversee laboratory operations ensuring readiness, calibration, and qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) of analytical instrumentation such as HPLC/UPLC systems, bioassay platforms, and ELISA systems, while maintaining strict adherence to GLP/GMP guidelines.
·      Ensure smooth execution of project deliverables, including thorough review, communication, troubleshooting, and providing scientific/technical guidance to maintain high quality and compliance.
·      Design and execute experiments/studies, perform detailed data trending and interpretation, and prepare scientific reports with clear, evidence‑based conclusions to support project milestones.
·      Support GMP, QC, and QA functions through participation in investigations, deviations, CAPA, and other QMS‑related activities as needed.
·      Drive timely execution of analytical project milestones and maintain strong cross‑functional coordination with Process Development, Formulation, QA, Regulatory Affairs, and Manufacturing Science teams to ensure overall program success.
