We’re Hiring: Discovery Biologist – Group Leader/Section Head
📍 Location: Hosur | Department: Drug Discovery

We’re seeking a Discovery Biologist (Ph.D. in Molecular Biology / Cell Biology / Biotechnology / Biochemistry / Life Sciences) with 5–10 years of in‑vitro drug discovery experience. Preference will be given to candidates with Post‑Doc experience abroad and expertise in ocular drug discovery.
What you’ll do:
Lead target identification & validation for novel therapeutics.
Design and optimize biochemical, cell‑based, and functional assays.
Drive biological screening, data analysis, and lead optimization.
Execute experiments in molecular cloning, protein expression, ELISA, PCR/qPCR, flow cytometry, and imaging assays.
Collaborate with medicinal chemistry, DMPK/ADME, bioinformatics, and translational teams.
Document findings, prepare reports, and contribute to publications and patents.
What we’re looking for:
Strong hands‑on expertise in molecular, cell, and protein biology.
Skilled in data interpretation, statistical analysis, and bioinformatics tools.
Proven ability to lead cross‑functional projects and deliver impactful results.
