We are seeking an experienced Process Engineering to lead process development, optimization, scale-up, and technology transfer activities for oral and non-oral dosage forms. The role requires strong expertise in chemical engineering principles, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and regulatory compliance, with a proven track record in delivering robust and scalable processes.

Experience: 8-15 years
Qualification: Bachelor’s/Masters/PhD Degree in Chemical Engineering
Location: Baroda, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities
1. Process Design & Optimization
2. Develop, optimize, and validate manufacturing processes for solid oral and Injectable dosage forms.
3. Scale up processes from lab/pilot scale to commercial production.
4. Lead technology transfer from R&D to manufacturing sites.
5. Identify process bottlenecks and implement improvements to enhance yield, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
6. Conduct process capability studies and statistical analysis to improve performance.

Required Skills & Competencies
* Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes (Oral solid dosage form preferred)
* Expertise in:
Process scale-up and validation
PAT (Process Analytical Technology)
Process simulation tools (MixIT, CFD, DEM, VisiMix etc)
Proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools
