We are #hiring full-time 3D Animation Artists to work from our Pune office

This role is for those who genuinely enjoys explaining complex science concepts visually and has the patience and curiosity to turn physics, chemistry, biology, and engineering ideas into clean, intuitive, and engaging animations that students can actually understand and enjoy watching on platforms like YouTube and other apps.

Job Type: Full-Time (From Office)
Location: Pune, Maharashtra
Salary: Rs. 5-6 LPA CTC, depending on skill level, and quality of work
Number of openings: multiple

In this role, you will be responsible for creating end-to-end educational videos, which means you will not just animate random visuals but work closely with scripts and storyboards, think deeply about how a concept should be visualized, build accurate 3D models and simulations, animate them smoothly, add motion graphics where needed, and finally edit the video so that visuals, text, and voice-over come together in a clear and polished manner.

What you will be doing on a daily basis:

-Creating 3D animations that explain science and engineering concepts in a simple and concept-driven way rather than flashy but shallow visuals

-Developing strong visual explanations using models, simulations, and carefully thought-out effects

-Animating primarily using Blender and or Unreal Engine, depending on the project needs

-Creating supporting motion graphics and effects using After Effects to enhance clarity and engagement

-Editing complete videos including cuts, transitions, on-screen text, and precise voice-over synchronization

-Collaborating closely with scripts and storyboards so that the animation truly supports the teaching intent

-Optimizing final content for YouTube and educational platforms, keeping learner attention and clarity in mind
