Hiring: Incubation Manager

Salary: Up to ₹10 Lakh per annum (All Inclusive)

A unique opportunity to work inside a Government Hospital–based Startup Incubation Centre and contribute to building healthcare innovation emerging from real clinical needs.

CMI GIMS Foundation, a State Government Section 8 Company of the Government Institute of Medical Sciences (GIMS), Greater Noida, Government of Uttar Pradesh, is looking for an Incubation Manager to support and strengthen its growing medical innovation ecosystem.

📍 Location: Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh
📄 Nature of Engagement: Purely contractual

Eligibility
• Minimum qualification: Graduation from a recognized university
• Minimum 5 years of experience in incubation, startup ecosystem, innovation programs, or related roles
• Experience with a reputed organization in the startup / innovation ecosystem
• Strong ability to manage programs, coordinate stakeholders, and write proposals
• Demonstrated interest in innovation, entrepreneurship, and healthcare ecosystem

Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day activities of the medical innovation incubator
• Run and support startup incubation and innovation programs
• Coordinate with startups, clinicians, researchers, and ecosystem partners
• Support grant proposals, program proposals, and reporting
• Organize innovation workshops, startup engagement programs, and ecosystem events
• Track progress and support growth of incubated startups
