At Pandorum, we’re translating cutting-edge biology into real therapies for patients. A big part of that mission is unlocking insight from complex biological and imaging data and that’s where you come in.

We’re hiring PhD-trained scientists (0–6 years experience) in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Biomedical Engineering, Data Science, or related quantitative fields who are excited by working at the intersection of AI, imaging, and regenerative medicine.

We are looking for experts in:
– Microscopy image analysis & digital pathology (ImageJ, CellProfiler,
QuPath, Python/MATLAB, OpenCV, scikit-image)
– Machine learning–based image segmentation
– Multi-omics and imaging data from biological samples such as tears, blood,
tissue, and exosomes
– Advanced imaging modalities including OCT, in-vivo confocal microscopy,
and densitometry
– Data visualization in R (ggplot2, Seurat), Python (matplotlib, seaborn,
plotly), or Tableau
