Job Profile: Sequencing Services Reporting Executive

Location: Pune(on-site)
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Reporting Executive to manage end-to-end laboratory reporting activities. The role involves handling samples, preparing accurate reports, maintaining NABL documentation, and coordinating with clients. Candidates with genomics and molecular diagnostics exposure will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and review laboratory reports with accuracy and compliance.
• Manage samples from receipt, tracking, processing, to final reporting.
• Maintain and update NABL documentation, records, and quality logs.
• Coordinate with internal laboratory teams to ensure timely reporting.
• Prepare quotations for laboratory services and tests.
• Follow up with clients regarding reports, clarifications, and documentation.
• Perform and interpret Sanger sequencing data analysis.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.

Eligibility & Skills:
• Master’s degree/PhD in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Genetics, or related fields.
• 1-2 years Experience in laboratory reporting or molecular diagnostics preferred.
• Working knowledge of Sanger sequencing data analysis.
• Familiarity with NABL standards and documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Good communication and client coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and laboratory information systems.
