🚨We’re Hiring | Zebrafish Neuroscience Executive (01 Position)🚨

Zebrafish India is inviting passionate, curious, and data-oriented minds to join our team as a Zebrafish Neuroscience Executive.

This role offers hands-on exposure to zebrafish-based neuroscience, behavioral analysis, and data-driven research, making it an excellent launchpad for early-career researchers who want real lab experience.

📍 Location
GAMI Industrial Park, Turbhe, Navi Mumbai (On-site role)

Position Details
• Position Type: Full-time
• No. of Positions: 01
• Probation Period: 6 months

💰 Compensation
• First 6 Months (Trainee): ₹15,000 / month + ₹3,000/month HRA, over and above the salary + + ₹1,00,000 yearly performance-based incentive

🔬 Roles & Responsibilities
The trainee will directly support zebrafish-based neuroscience research, including:
• Maintenance of zebrafish systems for neuroscience experiments
• Assisting in behavioral and neurobiological studies
• Data handling, statistical analysis & Python-based workflows
• Literature review and neuroscience content support
• Coordination with scientists and clients
• On-site laboratory work at Turbhe facility

🎓 Eligibility Criteria
• MSc Statistics
• BSc / MSc in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Neuroscience
• B.Tech / M.Tech Biotechnology
• Strong foundation in Statistics, Mathematics, and Python
• Freshers with a genuine interest in zebrafish research and neuroscience are encouraged to apply

❌ Not Eligible
• IT, Data Science, AI, or Management backgrounds
• Pharmacy graduates
• PhD holders
• Fisheries Science graduates
• Bioinformatics backgrounds

IMPORTANT – Mandatory CV & Eligibility Requirements
• CV must mention full residential address
• CGPA / Percentage score is mandatory
• Statistics must be a major and significant component of graduation
• Strong mathematical aptitude is compulsory
• At least one published research paper is mandatory
• Candidates from outside Mumbai are preferred
▫ Eligible outstation candidates will receive an additional ₹3,000/month HRA, over and above the salary

Career Progression
• The right candidate willing to commit for a minimum of 2 years will be absorbed immediately into the core team after evaluation
