We’re Hiring: Junior Research Fellow (JRF)

We’re looking for a Junior Research Fellow in a project funded by the Centre of Excellence in Data Science & AI (CoDSaI) at Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology, Patiala, in collaboration with the University of Queensland, Australia.

The role sits at the intersection of AI and plant genomics, using computational methods to unravel complex genetic architectures in Soybean.
Position: 01 Fellowship: → ₹45,000/month (GATE/NET qualified) → ₹25,000/month (without GATE/NET)

Who should apply? Candidates with a B.Tech / B.E. / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, CS, Data Science, Genetics, Plant Sciences, Computational Biology, or related fields, with a minimum of 60% or equivalent CGPA. GATE / CSIR-NET / UGC-NET / DBT-JRF / ICAR-NET qualified candidates are preferred.
Hands-on experience with ML frameworks, Python/R, genomic datasets, and bioinformatics tools will be a strong plus.
