Job Description

Our lab works on identifying the mechanisms involved in neurodegeneration, neuroinflammation and neovascularization in human retina using Multi-OMICS based approaches and finding suitable drug targets for treating retinal vascular diseases (AMD, ROP and DR). Taking this basic science knowledge forward for clinical translation, we work in collaboration with IIT Hyderabad for developing Point of care devices for early disease risk prediction and diagnosis; novel technologies for treating this vascular debelitating and neurodegenrative conditions. We have several new openings for talented and dedicated researchers ( postdoctoral and doctoral fellows with strong background and experience in cell and molecular biology, bioinforamtics, Optometerists and lab technologies) to join our lab. We will also offer PhD registration for GATE/ UGC/ CSIR qualified students who join our group.
