Job Description

IT Hyderabad is conducting an online workshop on Biological Big Data Analysis and Machine Learning applications. 

The workshop will cover a variety of topics including:

• Statistics: Descriptive statistics, Visualization, Correlation, Regression 
• R Programming: Basic data structures, Plotting functions, Data extraction 
• Systems Biology and Biological Network Analysis: Network types, Topology analysis, Intro to igraph and Cytoscape
• ML foundation algorithms: Supervised and unsupervised clustering, classification and regression algorithms
• Genomics and transcriptomics data analysis: Data pre-processing, sequence alignment, mutation calling, differential gene expression, pathway enrichment analysis
• Clinical AI/ML applications in Neurotechnology: EEG analysis, MRI enhancement, TMS optimization, clinical impact
• AI/ML applications in physiology and sensors

The workshop will be held only on Saturdays and Sundays from 8th to 30th November for a total of 8 days. The workshop will be for 2 hrs per day for a total of 16 hrs.

The registration fees is as follows:

Students(UG, PG & PhD) – Rs. 10,000/-

Faculty & Post Doc Fellow – Rs. 15,000/-

Industry Professional – Rs. 20,000/-Duration: 4 weeks (8th to 30th November 2025)
