Exciting PhD Opportunities in My Lab at AIIMS Delhi!** 🚀

We’re seeking **two highly motivated PhD candidates** to join our cutting-edge research team at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Delhi at Department of Medical Oncology lab. Dive into groundbreaking immunotherapy projects that could transform cancer treatment!

**Project 1: Development of Antibody-Drug Conjugates (ADCs)**
Design and optimize next-generation ADCs targeting solid tumors. You’ll work on linker chemistry, payload selection, and preclinical efficacy studies using advanced in vitro/in vivo models.

**Project 2: Development of CAR-T Cell Therapy**
Engineer novel bispecific CAR-T constructs for hematological malignancies. Focus on enhancing persistence, reducing toxicity, and testing in patient-derived models with CRISPR editing and flow cytometry.

**What We’re Looking For:**
– MSc in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Immunology, or related fields details of which can be seen in attachment and at AIIMS delhi exam website

– Strong lab skills in molecular biology, cell culture, and animal handling
– Passion for translational research and teamwork
