🔬 Postdoctoral Position – Natural Metabolites & Plant Disease Control

University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee | Yang Lab

We are seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Research Associate to join our team working on:

• Natural metabolite discovery
• Bio-based antimicrobial development (bacterial & fungal pathogens)
• Biostimulants for drought & salinity resilience
• Fermentation, purification & mode-of-action studies
• Greenhouse & multi-site field validation
• Translational research toward commercialization

Required:
Ph.D. in Plant Pathology, Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or related field
Experience in fermentation & metabolite purification
Strong publication record
Team-oriented and independent researcher
