Job Description: Application Specialist.
Company: Prantae Solutions Private Limited.
Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
No. of Position: 10.
Experience: 1-2 years.
Salary: Salary 1.80 – 3.0 LPA, as per experience and skills.
Incentive: Performance-Linked Incentives.
Working days: 06 (Monday to Saturday)
Job Type: Full-Time.
Travel: Yes (This profile requires travelling).

Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and self-motivated Application Specialist to join our team at our Bhubaneswar headquarters. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, training, and solutions related to our products. You will act as a bridge between customers and our development team, ensuring optimal application performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
1. Provide technical support to customers for device applications, troubleshooting issues and resolving queries promptly.
2. Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers.
3. Collaborate with the sales teams to improve product features based on user feedback.
4. Install, configure and maintain software applications for customers and FAQs.
5. Conduct testing and quality assurance for new application releases.
6. Assist in the customization of applications to meet customer-specific requirements.
7. Stay updated with industry trends and competitor products to provide strategic insights.

Qualifications and Skills

Education:
Bachelor/Masters in Science, DMLT, Laboratory Technician.

Experience:
1. 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (Application/Technical support).
2. Experience in healthcare industry will be preferred.

Soft Skills:
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
3. Customer-focused with a proactive attitude.
4. Ability to work independently and in a team.
