We are seeking talent from Europe or the US who want to;

✓ Have a Ph.D. and / or Post Doc from a reputed global university.

Career Opportunities for Global Scientific Talent for Biology, DMPK verticals.

1) Bioanalysis –

  • Deep understanding and expertise in developing and troubleshooting complex bioanalytical methods using LC-HR-MS, ELISA and MSD.
  • Demonstrated experience in Bioanalytical capabilities to support new modalities- Peptides, Antibody drug conjugates, ASOs.

2) In vitro ADME –

  • Experience in conducting in In vitro ADME assays to characterise Peptides, Antibody drugconjugates, ASOs.
  • Deep understanding and expertise in cell biology, cell permeability hepatocytes, 3D cultures, image analysis, drug transporters and enzymology.
  • Interpersonal skills and strong communication skills in English.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams and design the strategies to support discovery programs and meeting the goals of discovery projects on time.

3) PK/PD and modelling and Simulations –

  • Experience in building the PK/PD models using Pheonix WinNonlin, R, Monolix, NONMEM, MATLAB or any other custom built software.
  • Holistic drug discovery experience in understanding the PK/PD, exposure-response modeling with Small molecules, ADC and other new modalities.
  • Design PK/PD strategies and develop models to predict the doses in the animal models and prediction of FIH doing using complex disease models.
