Job Role : Quality Control (QC) Analyst – Stem Cell Therapy

We are looking for an experienced QC professional to join our growing team.
🔹 Role: Quality Control (QC) Analyst – Stem Cell Therapy
🔹 Location: Bengaluru, India
🔹 Experience: 4–5 years in QC / analytical testing within a GxP-regulated sterile manufacturing or CGT facility
🔹 Qualification: M.Sc. / M.Tech. or equivalent in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry or related discipline
📋 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Routine and non-routine QC testing of iPSC-derived cell therapy products using analytical methods such as flow cytometry, qPCR, ELISA, and manual cell count
✅ Cell culture–based assays for in-process, release, and stability testing with accurate data recording and interpretation
✅ Preparation, review, and maintenance of SOPs, protocols, reports, logs, and QC documentation in line with GMP, GxP, GLP, and GDP
✅ Support for method qualification, method validation, method transfer, and troubleshooting of QC assays
✅ Data analysis, trend evaluation, deviation support, and investigation-related activities
✅ Maintenance of laboratory readiness, equipment qualification / calibration, inventory, and associated records
✅ Cross-functional collaboration with Manufacturing, QA, R&D, and Regulatory teams to support QC deliverables and audit readiness
⭐ Experience in cell and gene therapy / ATMP product testing and familiarity with regulatory expectations for biologics and cell therapy products is a strong added advantage.
