Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in South Delhi for a Senior Deep Tech and Intellectual Property Lead. The individual will manage and guide projects related to patent drafting, prior art searches, and freedom-to-operate analyses. They will oversee technology mapping, transfer, and commercialization processes while ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal IP frameworks. The role also includes strategic advising for clients, collaborating with stakeholders, and preparing and delivering presentations for IP forums and seminars.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Patent Drafting, Prior Art Searches, and Freedom-to-Operate Analysis
• Expertise in Technology Mapping, Technology Transfer, and Commercialization
• Strong analytical, legal, and technical communication skills
• Ability to manage and mentor teams, handle multiple projects, and ensure regulatory compliance
• Experience presenting at IP forums or seminars is an advantage
• Educational qualification in Engineering, Science, IP Law, or related fields
• Demonstrated expertise in intellectual property standards and laws
