StrainX Bio is hiring again, this time for Plant at Bhopal!

StrainX Bio is a fast-growing synthetic biology and precision fermentation startup, building next-gen sustainable ingredients for the food and nutrition industry. With a state-of-the-art pilot facility and ambitious growth plans, StrainX is expanding our team at their plant located in Bhopal.
StrainX is looking for passionate and driven professionals to join the team in the following functions:

1. Quality Assurance (QA)
– Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal SOPs
– Oversee documentation, audits, and continuous quality improvements

2. Quality Control (QC)
– Conduct analytical testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and final products
– Maintain lab instruments, prepare reports, and ensure data integrity

3. Production
– Operate and monitor fermentation, downstream, and production processes
– Drive efficiency, process optimization, and adherence to safety standards

Ideal candidate should have:
– Background in Biotechnology, Bioprocess, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or related fields
– Prior experience in fermentation/biotech/food ingredients/pharma plants is preferred
– Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and willingness to work in a dynamic startup environment
