🎓 Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc. Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, B.Tech/M.Tech Biotechnology, or other relevant disciplines.

💼 Experience: 0 – 25+ Years

💰 Salary: Best in the industry and based on the candidate’s last drawn salary, experience, and interview performance.

Key Responsibilities

– Perform production activities in Upstream Processing (USP), Downstream Processing (DSP), and Spray Dryer operations.
– Operate, monitor, and maintain fermentation and production equipment.
– Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), GMP, and safety guidelines.
– Monitor process parameters and maintain production records.
– Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the manufacturing process.
– Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and other cross-functional teams.
– Assist in troubleshooting process-related issues and implementing corrective actions.
– Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production area.
– Support continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Skills Required

– Basic knowledge of fermentation and bioprocess manufacturing.
– Understanding of USP, DSP, and Spray Dryer operations.
– Knowledge of GMP, SOPs, and industrial safety practices.
– Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
– Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
