I am delighted to announce a PhD intake in my lab at SASTRA University, focusing on:
🔹 Drug Discovery – Antifungals and resistance modulators
🔹 Pathogen Biology – Klebsiella and Candida spp.

Our Actinomyces Bioprospecting Lab is dedicated to advancing antimicrobial resistance research through molecular biology, genomics, and translational drug discovery.

I am privileged to mentor a talented team of scholars:
1. Jananishree S – Fungal genomics, drug formulation, PK studies
2. Aravind M– Fungal & bacterial genomics, antifungal drug discovery, infectious models
3. Jayasree K – One-Health approach in AMR
