🔬 What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Ph.D. in Organic/Process Chemistry with 2–5 years of relevant experience
✔️ Strong background in synthetic route design, execution & optimization for NCEs and APIs
✔️ Skilled in analytical techniques – HPLC, GC, NMR, IR, LCMS
✔️ Minimum 1 year tenure in your current organization
✔️Candidates who can join immediately or within 1 month are preferred
