Intignus Biotech is dedicated to advancing innovative solutions in diagnostics and therapeutics in women’s healthcare. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Scientist to join our Research & Development team. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the development and optimization of novel immunoassays and protein-based technologies in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design, development, and optimization of ELISA and lateral flow assays (LFAs) Analyze experimental data and prepare technical reports and presentations.

Set up, adjust, calibrate, clean, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality, and regulatory affairs.

Ensure accurate and complete documentation of experimental procedures and outcomes.

Qualifications

Essential

• M.Sc. in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Immunology, or a related discipline
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in a biotech or life sciences industry setting
• Demonstrated hands-on expertise in ELISA, lateral flow assay, and immunoassay development
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

• Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Immunology, or a related discipline
• Familiarity with quality systems and regulated environments (e.g., ISO 13485, GMP) is preferred
