𝐋𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐜 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬 is looking for a 𝐂𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 – 𝐎𝐧𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲 to lead our brand portfolio, develop impactful marketing strategies, and collaborate cross-functionally to bring innovative solutions to the market.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Lead the 𝐁𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐟𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐨 with full ownership of strategy, execution, and performance.
• Develop and implement 𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐬 to achieve turnover and growth targets.
• Partner with the 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 to drive customer growth, retention, and effective conversions.
• Identify 𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭 𝐠𝐚𝐩𝐬, analyze competition, and design brand strategies for business expansion.
• Collaborate across functions for 𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭 𝐥𝐚𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐬 and ongoing marketing initiatives.
• Conceptualize and manage 𝐂𝐌𝐄𝐬/𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 to support sales enablement.
• Monitor 𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭 𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐬, performance metrics, and competitive activity to inform strategic decisions.
• Present business proposals and growth strategies to leadership for 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭
