Open Position for Cell-Based / BioAssay Team at MSN Biotech

We are seeking talented, highly motivated, and skilled professionals for multiple positions within the Cell-based Assay Team at the MSN Biotech Division at Pashamylaram, Hyderabad, focusing on Biosimilar projects. Preference will be given to applicants who are readily available.

**Experience Level:** 2 to 10 years in any stream of Biological Sciences
**Open Positions:** Executive / Sr. Executive / Jr. Manager / Asst Manager
**Key Skills:**
1. Knowledge in method development, qualification/validation of cell-based assays, SPR, FACS, and ELISA methods for biosimilar projects.
2. Familiarity with ligand binding assays on ELISA and SPR platforms.
3. Hands-on experience with plate readers, cell counters, and FACS/SPR in testing processes related impurities, stability samples, batch release, and analytical similarity.
4. Documentation skills, including preparation of SOPs, test procedures, protocols, and reports, will be an added advantage.
5. Strong understanding of cGMP, QMS, and compliance with ALCOA++ principles.
