Hiring a Scientist – Biomolecular Interactions in Cambridge, MA

If you’re someone who lives for working with the latest in high-throughput SPR instrumentation, building future-facing workflows, and wants to work at the cutting edge of antibody drug discovery, this one’s for you.

In this role located in the heart of Kendall Square, you’ll be running and optimizing high-throughput kinetic characterization and epitope binning workflows using platforms like the Carterra LSA and Biacore 8K, directly supporting our biologics discovery pipeline. By collaborating closely with our Automation, Bioinformatics, Protein Production, and Protein Design teams, contributing to cross-functional projects, you’ll be an integral part of a group on a sharp trajectory toward a truly modern, data-driven discovery environment.

You’ll also be joining a company that has deployed AI as an integral and powerful enabling tool for scientists. Within the group, we are thoughtfully integrating AI into our biophysical workflows and we’re looking for someone who’s genuinely curious about those tools and wants to help shape how we use and build with them, not just follow where others may lead.
