IUBMB Focused Meeting on Synthetic Biology

Organised under the auspices of the International Union of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology (IUBMB), jointly hosted by NCBS and TIGS, this focused meeting will bring together researchers working at the frontiers of synthetic biology, spanning molecular tools, microbiome engineering, bioremediation, and biomanufacturing, for three days of scientific exchange, collaborative discussions, and networking.

Registration is MANDATORY. Open till August1, 2026. 

Date: February 15th – 17th  2027

Time: 10.00 a.m. onwards

Venue:  Dasheri Auditorium,

             National Centre for Biological Sciences,

             GKVK Post, Bellary Road, Bangalore – 560065, Karnataka, India.

Organizers:  K. R. Vinothkumar, Pratik Kumar, Sandeep Krishna, and Arati Ramesh (TIGS)

Conference cost includes Registration and Food.

8000 + GST (Academic Participants)

20000 + GST (Industry participants)

Transportation will be arranged between NCBS and the hotel housing the participants.
