o2h Discovery is looking for an experienced 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 / 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝘀𝘁 to lead multidisciplinary drug discovery programs.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead complex medicinal chemistry programs, mentor scientific teams, and collaborate with global biotech and pharmaceutical partners to advance innovative therapeutic programs. As the primary scientific interface for our collaborators, you will provide strategic technical solutions and drive the successful delivery of integrated discovery projects.

We are seeking a scientific leader with 12+ years of experience in the contract research environment, strong expertise in synthetic organic chemistry, project management and a passion for scientific excellence, team development, and innovation.

Qualification: M.Sc / Ph.D in Medicinal Chemistry, Organic Chemistry or related discipline
Experience: 12+ years in Contract Research Environment
Location: Ahmedabad
