We’re Hiring | Research Associate – Molecular Analytics
📍 Location: Faridabad (On-site)
🧬 Domain: Cell & Gene Therapy | Molecular Analytics
We are looking for a Research Associate – Molecular Analytics to join our team and contribute to the development and characterization of advanced cell and gene therapy products, including NK cell–based therapies.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute molecular and cell-based assays for product characterization.
Perform sample preparation and run analytical platforms such as PCR, Flow Cytometry, ELISA, and cell culture workflows.
Conduct data acquisition, analysis, and quality control in line with lab standards
Maintain accurate documentation and prepare reports/presentations for internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support process development, optimization, and translational research.
Ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and GLP practices.

Who We’re Looking For:
Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in PCR, ELISA, and cell culture-based assays.
Ability to design experiments, interpret data, and validate molecular assays
Educational background in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, or related fields (Bachelor’s/Master’s).
2–4 year’s experience in cell & gene therapy, immunology, oncology, or primary cell/cell line handling is a plus.
Good communication skills and ability to work in collaborative, multidisciplinary teams. Commitment to ethical, safe, and compliant research practices.
