Experience: 15+ years in Clinical Data Management, Clinical Research, or Database Design, with significant people leadership experience managing global teams and leaders.

We’re looking for leaders with expertise in:
✅ Enterprise database design strategy, governance, and operating model transformation
✅ Clinical Data Management leadership across global portfolios and therapeutic areas
✅ AI-enabled automation, metadata-driven design, and digital transformation
✅ Building and developing high-performing global teams while driving enterprise change

🔹 Senior Manager, Database Design

Experience: 13+ years in Clinical Data Management, Clinical Research, or Database Design, with experience leading teams and delivering global clinical database solutions.

We’re looking for professionals with expertise in:
✅ Clinical Database Design using Vault CDMS, Medidata Rave, or similar EDC platforms
✅ Metadata-driven design, database validation, and CDISC/SDTM standards
✅ Global study delivery, governance, quality, and operational excellence
✅ People leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement
