Hiring: Application Scientist | NGS & Genomics Company: Genes2me 📍 Location: Manesar, Haryana 👤 Eligibility: Male candidates only 💼 Experience: 4–6 Years 🔬 Domain: Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) | Molecular Biology | Genomics About the Role Genes2me is looking for an experienced Application Scientist to support customers and sales teams in deploying advanced Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) solutions at customer site. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, conduct customer training and demonstrations, troubleshoot complex application-related challenges, and contribute to scientific documentation and workflow development in Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS). Key Responsibilities Conduct customer presentations, seminars, product demonstrations, and technical sessions. Provide expert guidance on laboratory and experimental design, workflow optimization, and best practices at customer sites. Provide expert guidance on laboratory and experimental design. Conduct on-site and remote training sessions covering, library preparation, sequencing and related molecular biology products. Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and technical challenges related to NGS applications. Document customer interactions, feedback, troubleshooting activities, and solutions. Contribute to technical documentation, application notes, whitepapers, protocols, and workflow development. Communicate technical product updates and application insights to customers and sales teams. Stay updated on scientific trends, competitor products, emerging technologies, and developments in genomics. Collaborate with internal teams to support customer success and application development. Qualifications & Skills Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Genomics, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field. 4–6 years of relevant experience in NGS, molecular biology workflows, genomics, or related applications. Strong communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills. Hands-on laboratory experience in molecular biology and/or genomics techniques. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Ability to explain complex scientific concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience conducting customer training, seminars, workshops, or technical demonstrations. Willingness to travel for customer visits, training programs, and product demonstrations.
