We are seeking a Senior Executive / Deputy Manager – Biologics Formulation Development to execute hands‑on drug product formulation studies and support biologics development across mAbs, biosimilars, recombinant proteins, and fusion proteins. What You’ll Do: Perform buffer/excipient screening, stability, freeze‑thaw, and high‑concentration protein studies Prepare liquid/lyophilized formulations and assess aggregation, viscosity, solubility, and degradation Generate review‑ready data packages, reports, and technical summaries Maintain laboratory compliance, inventories, and inspection readiness Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on scale‑up, technology transfer, and troubleshooting What We’re Looking For: M.Pharm/M.Sc in Pharmaceutics, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or related field 6–10 years of hands‑on biologics formulation/drug product development experience Strong skills in protein formulation, analytical techniques, and regulated CDMO/CRO environments ✨ Join us to advance the next generation of biologics with scientific excellence and client‑focused delivery. 👉 Apply now (prashanth.cherugad@aragen.com) to be part of our dynamic CDMO team!
