We’re Hiring | Scientist-B (Fermentation) Privi Biotechnologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced fermentation scientist to independently lead pilot plant scale-up operations. 📍 Location: Nerul, Navi Mumbai 🎓 Qualification: M.Sc/M.Tech – Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry or Molecular Biology 💼 Experience: 4–6 Years 👤 Reporting to: Deputy Manager Key Responsibilities: Execute bench-to-pilot scale-up, experimental and validation batches Optimize process parameters and troubleshoot batch/process variations Ensure execution of SOPs, process instructions and safety procedures Prepare and maintain BMRs, batch sheets, SOPs and equipment logbooks Coordinate raw materials, CIP/SIP, cleaning and line-clearance activities Monitor equipment, coordinate maintenance, and supervise trainees/operators Key Skills: Microbiology techniques – distillation, microfiltration, chromatography Hands-on fermenter handling (R&D and pilot scale) Strong analytical and instrument-handling skills Communication and cross-functional coordination Problem-solving mindset; comfort working under GMP standards 📩 Interested candidates can share their CV at: sumit.thakur@privibiotech.in
