Applications are invited from hardworking, passionate and dedicated candidates for two research internship positions in ongoing biomedical research projects at Dr. Pritha Bhattacharjee‘s Environmental Epigenomics Lab, University of Calcutta. 🧬 Project 1 Early Extracellular Vesicle Protein and Urinary Metabolite Biomarkers in Chronic Kidney Disease 🔹 Urinary extracellular vesicles & proteomics 🔹 LC-MS/MS-based metabolomics 🔹 Molecular biology & biomarker analysis 🔹 Clinical/hospital research collaboration 🐭 Project 2 Arsenic-Exposed Mice Model: Pre-treatment with a Phytochemical Formulation 🔹 In-vivo toxicological studies 🔹 Animal model & tissue analysis 🔹 Mammalian cell culture 🔹 RT-qPCR & molecular biology 🔹 Biochemical & histopathological studies 👩🔬 Preferred Candidates M.Sc. completed candidates preferred, especially from Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Zoology, Microbiology, Environmental Science or related fields.
